Please note:

1. Include printouts of your order or name and address inside an envelope with your jacket to allow us to find your order and process your return efficiently.
2. For all exchanges we will require payment for returns postage for the alternative size, include postage payment as cash inside the envelope with the jacket and a note to specify what style/size you require.
3. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, we recommend that you send the parcel using a recorded delivery service.
4. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and non refundable, this does not effect your statutory rights.
